Director of Center of EMDR Therapy for Eating Disorders in Milan. PhD in Clinical Psychology, licensed Psychologist and Psychotherapist, Accredited EMDR Europe Consultant.

Dr. Zaccagnino has done Post-Doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at the University of Turin, where she has completed an Honorary Fellowship in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Zaccagnino is the Senior Researcher of the group guided by prof. Antonella Carassa at the University of Lugano (Switzerland) that won the Swiss National Found Grant Research for two projects.

Dr. Zaccagnino research topics mainly concerns the study of the dynamics of family relationships and, specifically, the dynamics of mother-child interaction and attachment building. She currently has a Teaching Assignment at the University of Lugano and at various Schools of Specialization in Cognitive Psychotherapy of northern Italy on the mother-child attachment relationship. She works with the Association Panda Onlus on projects about supporting mothers on the early recognition of the emotional distress and postnatal depression.
